Josh and I hop on the trolley for a day of walking and photography in downtown San Diego. The intention was sunset photography at a station, night photography at another, but we got really hungry, plus it was too cloudy for a sunset anyways.

This trip up the John Muir Trail started out as planned, and ended tragically, with the passing of one our fellow hikers, Joseph. I didn't know Joseph for that long, but he was a cool guy, and may he rest in peace.

Josh and I go backpacking in the Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. This is Josh's first trip. The waterfalls had lots of water, and were very enjoyable.
